Casa Lola is one of Chef Roberto Treviño's new restaurants and I have to admit he has done it again. This restaurant is situated in the trendiest spot in Condado. Food is great, and drinks are delicious. You will taste the best flavors from Puerto Rico's traditional cuisine with the added touches of Chef Treviño. As soon as you sit down, you get a brief history of the venue and its name, and who is Chef Treviño. They have a nice list of special cocktails. I tried "El Embeleco", which has Bacardi white, Bacardi limón, "dulce de ajonjolí"(sweet sesame) y "jugo de guanábana"(soursop juice). I also tried "El Cacique", Tanqueray, ginger simple syrup, and a splash of sour. They also have a great list of wines. The place has a nice lounge/bar area, and another 3 common areas for dinning. After we ate we got a tour of the place, and got to go downstairs where they have a private wine cava for intimate groups. We also had the chance to meet the Chef and tell him how great everything was. Casa Lola is a bit expensive, but its a great place to have fun with a small group or a special someone, food is espectacular, beautiful view and great ambience. You should definitely go and savor their new sexy culinary concept!
